Ordering
Collect or Delivery
Collection is free. We are located in central Paisley with easy access to the M8.
We deliver to addresses in the Glasgow area and Paisley. Custom orders have also been delivered throughout Scotland on occasion.
Where to collect
We are located at 8 Browns Lane, Paisley, PA1 2JH.
How long will it take
We aim to have your work completed within 48 hours. (not including weekends) Collection orders may be ready before 48 hours.
I need more than 10,000
Regular orders can run up to 10000 copies. If you require a larger volume please get in contact to discuss.
Distribution
We partner with local distributors in the Glasgow area. If you are interested in this please get in contact to discuss.
What is the difference between Gloss and Silk
Silk - Modern and Cool coated with no shine. For a vibrant colour.
Gloss - This adds a extra shine to your promotional leaflet, traditionally used for marketing.
There is no difference in cost between Silk or Gloss, If you would like a sample of these papers just pop in.
Why PDF
A PDF or Portable Document Format is ideal for printing. The reason we ask for this is what you send is what you will be printed. Using other formats can work but fonts, styles and images can be lost from computer to computer.
Using a PDF with images and fonts expand or flatted ready for export.
Why CMYK
Please make sure your file is uploaded using CMYK and not RGB. This will ensure the colour is what you are expecting.
What is bleed and how much should I have
Bleed is the part of the document which will be trimmed during the printing process. 3mm is the ideal size for this allowing images to reach the edge of the paper without a border. We will proof your art work before sending and get back to you if there are any issues.

We offer these standard paper sizes. If you are looking for something more unique or based on the art work you already have. Let us know we will do our best to get you a reasonable quote.

What does GSM mean
Grams per Square Meter.
130gsm is generally the feel and thickness for a typical leaflet. 170gsm is a heavier leaflet. Then up to 300gsm this is a thicker paper generally used for Postcards and some business card. For comparisons most office paper is 80/90 gsm. If you would like samples let us know or you can always pop in.
Are there other paper types available
Yes. We can offer a vast amount of different weights as well as styles. If you are looking for something please contact us and we can look into the different papers.

Payment
Are my card details secure
Yes. To verify that SSL is protecting a page, look for a URL beginning with https://, instead of http://, and a green, closed padlock icon. This allows you to navigate the website and submit information through a secure connection.
Invoice
You will receive a printed invoice along with your delivery. If for some reason you didn't get it let us know we can send you a PDF version. You can't be sent requested until after delivery.
VAT
All prices include vat, Leaflets are VAT exempt so all our prices are what you will get charged on your card, no surprises.
A3 posters do have vat included in the price this is charged at 20% this will be taken into account on your invoice. The price you see is the price you will pay.
Payment Method
Online ordering we only accept card. If you would like to use a different method of payment please contact us and we can organise to take payment on-site.
